As part of a recent organisational review, Remembering The Past commissioned Philippa to undertake a programme of research for us and advise on our strategic development. In 2025 Sunderland City Council - Museum and Heritage Service commissioned the services of Philippa Carter Heritage to undertake evaluation work associated with two externally funded projects. Philippa was very accommodating, and exceptionally organised throughout both commissions and she worked to exceptionally tight deadlines. The projects involved interviewing participants from senior managers, partners and stakeholders to staff and volunteers which she did with sensitivity and much professionalism. We are planning to work with Philippa again on another commission and would have no hesitation in recommending her to other organisations.
